What to expect on your first visit

Before your first appointment, we would appreciate you taking a little time to complete a confidential medical history questionnaire. This form can be downloaded and completed prior to your visit.

Alternatively, our receptionist can give you a copy to fill out on the day of your appointment. This information will enable us to treat you safely and will ensure that you receive the best care possible. All information given will be kept strictly confidential.

On your first visit we provide an initial assessment where you can discuss any concerns with the dentist. This is followed by a comprehensive examination, where we fully assess the health of your mouth, teeth and gums.

We also screen for cancer and take digital X-rays and photographs where needed. This will allow the dentist to create a tailored plan to help you achieve optimal dental health. The dentist will discuss all treatment options necessary with you, so you can make an informed decision regarding your dental health.
